Focusing on our customers
WOOP Immobilienmanagement assumes all business tasks related to your property. In addition, we competently plan, coordinate, and carry out technical maintenance work for the property together with selected, tried, and tested specialised companies as well as any construction work required to restore the property or to raise its category.
Knowing the industry’s requirements, we offer not only overall property administration but also individual services for carrying out property management tasks such as parts of the accounting, billing, or preparation of data in times of temporary staff shortage or workload peaks. WOOP operates from its own office, taking into consideration a competition clause and ensuring data protection.

We are committed to ensuring that your personal data is protected. We process your data exclusively according to legal regulations (General Data Protection Regulation, Data Protection Amendment Act 2018, Telecommunications Act 2003.)
The following information on data protection aims to inform you of important aspects of the data processing we carry out within the scope of our activities as a property manager.
Since in our case it is not stipulated by law, we do not have a data protection officer.
We carry out processing activities which are necessary if you are a customer, an interested party, a contracting party, a supplier, or a website user, and we process the saved data based on our contract signed with you, on legal obligations, or a legitimate interest (management for owners) as follows:
- Real estate brokerage: Data of interested parties such as address, self-disclosed data, identification data
- Property management: Data of tenants and owners, contractual matters, contact details including contact history
- Management of suppliers and customers for the purpose of handling our purchasing as well as managing property (master data on suppliers and customers)
- Possibility to contact us via email and the contact form on our website (your submitted contact details and your inquiry)
- Marketing purposes: to provide information to our clients and interested parties as well as to gain new clients
- Website tracking and cookies for improving our web appearance and for ensuring IT security. Our website uses features of the web analysis service Google Analytics. Deactivate Google Analytics
In the course of data processing, we pass on these data to certain categories of recipients. They either operate on our behalf or they require these data for the fulfilment of contractual or legal obligations. These categories of recipients include:
- private and public authorities requiring such information or having the competence to announce information relating to the contractual property
- responsible specialist departments of the property manager
- (potential) contracting partners
- financing companies
- insurances
- the tax authority and other authorities
- tax consultants and legal representatives
- companies responsible for the maintenance of our in-house IT infrastructure
- contracted professionals/service providers
- estate agents, interested parties, buyers, investors
- owners/property managers in the course of the termination/transfer of administrative responsibilities
We do not pass on your data for commercial or any similar purposes. Our employees and service providers are obliged to confidentiality and to complying with the data protection regulations.
Upon receiving your inquiry, we save your data for a period of 6 months, in the case of a contractual relationship the data are saved until the end of the limitation period or until the expiration of the general record-keeping requirements according to the Austrian Federal Fiscal Code (3 years, 7 years, 22 years, or 30 years)
Your rights
Generally, you have the right to access your data, the right to rectification, the right to be forgotten, the right to restriction of processing, the right to data portability, the right to withdrawal, and the right to object. If you believe that the processing of your data constitutes a breach of the General Data Protection Regulation or that your data protection rights have been violated in any other way, you may file a complaint with the respective authority. In Austria, you may refer to the Data Protection Authority.
Please submit a digitally signed request or attach a copy of an official identification document as a proof of your identity to your request. Please also indicate the nature of your connection with WOOP and specify the respective period of time. This information enables us to understand the extent and the content of your request in more detail.
We explicitly want to point out that your right to have data erased may be limited by legal record-keeping requirements. In addition, courts, law enforcement authorities, or other legally determined authorities may be required by legal provisions to retrieve data or to request information.
